Earlier today the Premier League announced that they are suspending all fixtures until the 04^th April 2020 to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we thought it would be useful to clarify our position and how fantasyfootballfix.com will be affected.

First of all, we want to make it clear that the health and wellbeing of our team is our absolute priority, and whilst most of our workers are remote, we have policies in place to ensure the wellbeing of our people remains our priority.

Whilst the fixtures are suspended, our website, fantasyfootballfix.com, and both IOS and Android Apps will continue to operate as normal so you can still access our full portfolio of statistics and projections, and these will continue to update as we receive new information from Opta or the Premier League.

We will also be taking the opportunity during the fixture suspension to focus our team on making improvements and upgrades to the website, and you will see noticeable changes within the next two weeks.

We have had some questions from some of our users, so we felt it useful to provide an FAQ below:

Can I still use your website and Apps during the suspended period?

Yes, you can still upload your FPL squad as normal and use all of our features.

Please note, our algorithm will adjust the projections within 24 hours of the fixture information being updated.

When will FPL resume and how does this affect the transfers I have already made?

At the moment fixtures are scheduled to resume on Saturday 04^th April, however, please closely monitor the Official FPL website for updates.

What does this mean for fix Premium users?

We are working to keep the Premium features active whilst fixtures are suspended, so your user experience will be unaffected, and our projections and squad optimisation tools remain at current accuracy levels.

If you are subscribed to our annual plan, the situation will not currently affect your billing cycle assuming the season is not cancelled.

If you are subscribed to one of our monthly plans and you would like the next three weeks refunding due to the fixture suspension until the 04^th April 2020, please contact our customer service team at info@fantasyfootballfix.com.
