Let's get you some help!

What topic can we help you with?

Yes, we have recently introduced passwordless login. Click here to login password free using a magic link which will be sent to your email.

If you are currently trying to log in using email and password, please use the password-free login option by clicking here.

Once logged in to fix, you have the option to create a secure password (which we recommend is different from your FPL password), or you can change the existing password you currently use.

Click here to create or change your existing password on your account settings page.

Unfortunately, we do not have social login integration yet. However, you can login by using your FPL ID by clicking here. Note that using this login method we do not know any transfers made in the active/current gameweek.

By uploading your FPL squad into our website, you are registering as a Fantasy Football Fix user. We will store your email address on our database. No plain text password data is stored on our server. This is hashed securely using Argon2 hash and salt hashing algorithm.

Your FPL password is only required to link your team using our app. This is only used locally on your device and is not sent to our server.

Please go to your account settings by clicking here. You can then change your email and save it. If you have a membership this will transfer over to new email address.

Yes, we no longer require your FPL password to log into fix. You can either change your existing password by clicking here, or you can now login password free using magic link by clicking here.

We ask you to create your account using FPL email, so if you choose to link your FPL team with fix at a later stage, it saves us having multiple email addresses for your account.

No, if you want to link your team after you have logged in, you can do this in a few simple steps to personalise all the fix features to your squad.

If you pay via Stripe please go to your >account settings page by clicking here. You will see the 'cancel subscription' button on the page which will end your subscription. If you pay via PayPal please cancel by logging into your PayPal account and cancelling your recurring payment.

Please go to your account settings by clicking here. You can then change your account to a new email and save it. Your membership will automatically transfer to your new email account.

If you cannot do this as the email to change membership to already exists on our system, please click here to transfer your membership to another email account.

Please first go to your account settings by clicking here, and verify you are logged in with the same email you purchased a membership with. Your membership should also be active.

To transfer membership to another email, please check how to do this on the FAQ page.

Yes. Paying via PayPal (https://www.paypal.com) will redirect to the secure PayPal page. Paying via Stripe (https://stripe.com) will insert a secure iframe into our page. Your credit card details are never commmunicated to our server, only to Stripe directly using a secure connection.

Due to the complex calculations involved, mini-leagues are restricted to 30 teams or less.

Please visit the rivals page first by clicking here so your rivals are loaded.

We use your FPL password to access your latest squad. Your FPL password is only used on your mobile device and we do not store your FPL password.

Please ensure you are using your Fantasy Premier League (FPL) email and password, not your fantasyfootballfix.com email and password. The FPL password is only used on your mobile device to access your squad and we do not store your FPL password.

No, all our information is held securely and encrypted, and is not shared.

Browser extensions, such as FPL Plus, are applications that run inside a browser and provide additional functionality and integrations with websites. For FPL Plus, this is adding a Future Gameweek Planner, predicted player points, ownership statistics and more, to the official Fantasy Premier League website.
