Groß has been in outstanding form and is firmly on the FPL radar. He scored 17 points against Coventry City and followed that with 14 points against Arsenal, including a clean sheet. He added six more points in Gameweek 6 against Sunderland. His next fixture against Crystal Palace looks very favourable.
Gvardiol continues to reward FPL managers with attacking returns from defence. He picked up eight points against Coventry City and an impressive 11 points away at Man Utd. His upcoming run includes Ipswich Town at home, which looks like a kind fixture, and Fulham away later in the window also looks straightforward.
Wissa has struggled for FPL points in recent weeks, scoring just three points across his last three fixtures. He failed to register against Hull City in Gameweek 5 and managed only two points against Leeds. His upcoming fixtures against Crystal Palace and Everton are average, so a return to form will be needed to justify his place in squads.
Gabriel's price has dipped following an inconsistent run. He earned nine points against Sunderland but managed just one point in the heavy defeat to Brighton and only two points at home to Leeds in Gameweek 6. Arsenal kept a clean sheet against Leeds, though Gabriel's overall returns have been underwhelming. His next three fixtures are all average in difficulty.
Isak is injured and his return date is currently unknown, which explains today's FPL price change. He had shown promise before his injury, scoring 13 points against Ipswich Town in Gameweek 3 and adding eight points away at Bournemouth. FPL managers will need to act if they have not already, with no timeline on his comeback.
Rice has had a mixed run of form. He scored six points against Sunderland but returned just one point in the Brighton defeat. He bounced back with seven points against Leeds in Gameweek 6. His next three fixtures are all average in difficulty, so a consistent run of returns is needed to justify his price tag.
Havertz has been poor value in recent weeks. He scored just one point against Sunderland, two against Brighton and two more against Leeds, where he was also substituted before the hour mark. With three average fixtures ahead, he remains a difficult sell to FPL managers looking for attacking returns.
The following players have also dropped in price but are held by very few FPL managers:
