Gordon has scored in consecutive games for Newcastle and is currently being played in an out-of-position centre-forward role which has improved his underlying numbers.

Their hosts Bournemouth have conceded 15 goals in home games, only Sunderland (14), Man City (11) and Arsenal (nine) have conceded fewer. The Cherries are ranked second for shots conceded (131) and xGC (12.40) in home games.
