Salah failed to score against Fulham last weekend but over the last six Gameweeks he is top amongst all midfielders for goals (five), 'big chances' (BC) (seven) and 'Expected Goals' (xG) (4.14) with only Mbeumo (14) taking more shots in the box (SiB) than his 12. Even with a short turnaround, he is rated at 100% to start as per our Predicted Lineups feature. Liverpool have scored 14 goals (second) over the aforementioned period and are top for shots (122) and shots on target (SoT) (45). They are second for 'Expected Goals' (xG) (13.58) only to Man. City (14.53). Their hosts Sheff. Utd. have the worst defensive record in the division and have conceded 17 goals over the last six Gameweeks. The Blades are 18th for both SiB conceded (59) and 'Expected Goals Conceded' (xGC) (11.87). Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 8.5 for Salah.
Haaland's six goals over the last six Gameweeks is top amongst all positions and the Norwegian international is also top for xG (6.31), BC (11) and FPL points (55) over that period with only Darwin (25) taking more shots than his 24. As the below image from our Fix Heatmaps feature shows, he has averaged 8.4 FPL points per game in away matches this season. Man. City are top for goals scored (21), BC (21) and xG (14.43) over the aforementioned period. Their hosts Villa have conceded eight goals over the last six Gameweeks and have kept no clean sheets. The Midlands side are ranked 12th for SiB conceded (51) and 10th for xGC (7.72). Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 6.0 for Haaland.
Hwang has been Wolves' talisman in Neto's absence, as the below image from our Match Stats feature shows over their last five matches he is top amongst their players for goals (two), xG (1.6), chances created (six) and third for SoT (three). Wolves have scored 10 goals over the last six Gameweeks (nine) and are also ninth for shots (74). Their visitors Burnley have conceded 12 goals over the same period with only Fulham (13), Chelsea (15) and Sheff. Utd. (17) more porous. The Clarets are ranked 15th for SiB conceded (74) and 12th for xGC (9.36). Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 5.7 for Hee Chan.
Ødegaard looked back to his best against Wolves and created six chances that game. His numbers from last season are worth repeating, he notched seven assists and was fourth for chances created (76) amongst midfielders. Meanwhile, as the Stats Sandbox image below shows only Rashford (108) and Salah (125) took more shots than his 93 and the Norwegian international found the back of the net 15 times with only Rashford (17) and Salah (19) more prolific. Arsenal have scored 13 goals over the last six Gameweeks (fifth) and are ranked fourth for shots (90) and sixth for xG (11.82). Their hosts Luton have conceded 11 goals over the same period and have kept no clean sheets. The Hatters are bottom for both shots conceded (119) and xGC (15.62). Porro has taken on a more creative role for Spurs in Maddison's absence, the Spanish international has racked up two assists over the last six Gameweeks and created eight chances. No defender has created more BC (four) over the aforementioned period with only R. James (1.50), Alexander-Arnold (1.73) and Trippier (2.19) registering a higher 'Expected Assists' (xA) than his 1.48. He has also taken seven shots with only Gabriel (eight), Schar (nine), Mykolenko (10) and Alexander-Arnold (14) managing more. Spurs have conceded 12 goals over the last six Gameweeks and have kept one clean sheet. The North London side are ranked 16th for shots conceded (90) and 17th for xGC (10.84). Their visitors West Ham have scored 11 goals over the last six Gameweeks (ninth) with only Luton (18) and Sheff. Utd. (14) landing fewer SoT than the Hammers (20).
