In the second part of our double gameweek blog, Man. Utd's Fantasy Premier League assets are compared over the last five gameweeks
Rashford tops the Stats Sandbox for xFPL (37.13) since the restart and he is also their top FPL scorer with 46 points. No Man. Utd player has taken more shots (17) or been afforded more 'big chances' than the 25-year-old and he is sixth for attempted assists (four). B. Fernandes is their creative talisman, the Portuguese international is top for chances created (17) and 'big chances' created (six) with only Trippier (25 and nine) faring better amongst all players since the restart. He has also taken 13 shots, but only six of these were in the box. Shaw is third for xFPL (35.44) but his 'Expected Goals' (0.43) and 'Expected Assists' (0.11) are quite low, so the attacking returns might be hard to come by.
Man. Utd are ranked fifth for xG per game (1.67) since the restart and have averaged two goals a game. They are ranked only eighth for shots in the box (SiB) (8.33) and fifth for 'big chances' (2.67). The numbers are good in attack, but not enough to warrant a triple-up.
We've helped over half-a-million people become better FPL managers.
