In the interest of keeping this content engaging we have outlined three alternatives that our 'Fix predicted points & stats feature' suggests.

Sergio Agüero (NEW)

Does the phrase "Always captain Agüero" still hold true? The Argentinian can consider himself unlucky after walking away with no Fantasy Premier League (FPL) returns vs. Wolves. He had four shots, two of which hit the woodwork and created three chances. As the heatmap shows, the forward has had 16 goal attempts, joint-first with Salah. Man. City look relentless in attack, topping the table for goal attempts, with 63, and shots on target (SOT), 28. Newcastle have only picked up a point in their first three games and have mixed defensive stats. The Magpies have conceded only eight SOT, a number bettered only by Liverpool, Watford and Man. City. This is perhaps fortuitous given that they have succumbed to eight ‘big chances’ and only Huddersfield, West Ham and Everton have allowed more. They are also rank sixth worst for SIB conceded (29), which makes the eight SOT conceded look somewhat of an anomaly. The Magpies are Agüero’s favourite opponents. The forward has 14 goals and three assists in 11 appearances against Newcastle with nine of these goals coming in his last three home matches. Our Fix algorithm backs Agüero to keep up his scoring streak, with a point's projection of 6.8.

Eden Hazard (BOU)

The Belgian wizard makes his first appearance in this year’s captain picks off the back of his first start at the Sports Direct Arena, where he opened his account via the penalty spot. As the Custom Stats table shows, Hazard has created a chance every 27 minutes, a rate bettered only by Salah (22), despite limited minutes so far. He has had a shot every 16.6 minutes, trailing only Schurrle (13.8), Agüero (15.7) and ahead of Salah (16.7), indicating that an explosion is imminent. Hazard has a great record vs. Bournemouth, with five goals in as many games and has said in the past that he enjoys playing the Cherries as they afford plenty of space for him to attack. The Cherries are undefeated so far, scoring two goals in each of their games. They appear to have improved defensively conceding only nine SOT which is the fifth best in the league, tied with Chelsea. It is worth mentioning that they did play shot-shy Cardiff and a ten-man Everton side for large parts of the 270 mins so far, so these stats might be a bit flattering. Our Fix algorithm predicts a point score of 5.9 for the Belgian. 

Harry Kane (WAT)

Curse? What curse? Kane is back on the radar after breaking his August hoodoo with two goals and an assist in his last three games. The golden boot winner from three of the last four seasons took two SIB at Old Trafford and created a chance for Moura. Kane has had a total of eight SIB across the first three matches, and attempted five assists, indicating that the Englishman is close to reaching the form which has seen him become a mainstay across fantasy squads for the past three seasons. Spurs’ attack is showing no signs of World Cup fatigue as they have racked up 38 SIB so far, joint-first with Liverpool. They have also had 13 ‘big chances’ which is more than any other team. Their opponents Watford have emjoyed a great start to the season with three wins from three. The Hornets’ defence has played a large part in their success, conceding only six SOT, joint-first with Liverpool and Man. City. This indicates that Kane might not have it easy at Vicarage road, in what could be an irresistible force meets immovable object clash. Our Fix algorithm expects Spurs to score 2.13 goals and a point score of 6.5 for Kane.
