Salah’s brace against West Ham took his total to 15 goals for the season, three clear of second placed Kane and Son (each 12). Only Mané (50) has taken more shots in the box (SiB) than his 49 amongst midfielders, while only Son (18) has been afforded more ‘big chances’ than his 15, and no midfielder has landed more shots on target (SoT) (31). Liverpool lead all the attacking metrics this season – goals (43), shots (334), ‘big chances (59) and SoT (119). Brighton have conceded 29 goals this season, only six teams have shipped more. The Reds have conceded 69 SoT in 21 matches, at an average of over three a game. Our Fix Algorithm currently projects a point score of 7.1 for Salah.

As the Stats Sandbox shows, only Salah (31) has landed more SoT than his 28, while only Grealish (67) has created more chances than his 60. Man. Utd have scored 37 goals this season and only Liverpool (43) have been more prolific. Their total of 296 shots is only bettered by Man. City (319) and Liverpool (334) while only the Champions (119) have landed more SoT than their 114. Harvey Barnes (ful)

Over the last six gameweeks, only M. Pereira (four) and Gündoğan (five) have scored more goals amongst midfielders than H. Barnes’ three while only B. Fernandes (25) has taken more shots than his 18. His total of six SoT is bettered only by Saka, Gündoğan (each seven) and B. Fernandes (nine) while only Bergwijn, Smith-Rowe and De Bruyne (each three) have registered more assists than his two. He is owned by less than 10% of the Top-100k making him a great differential pick as per our FPL Statistics feature. Leicester have scored nine goals over the last six gameweeks, only Leeds (10), Arsenal (11) and Man. City (16) have scored more. The Foxes’ total of 30 SoT is only bettered by Chelsea, Arsenal (each 31), Man. Utd (35) and Man. City (39). Fulham have conceded six goals over the same period, keeping just one clean sheet.
