If you are the sort of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) manager who enjoys going against the grain – or takes satisfaction from finding hidden gems before the crowd – then lowly selected players (differentials) can often provide value and offer a source of points which won’t be shared by many other managers. As long as the player picks are justifiable, differentials can give you an edge over your mini-league rivals.
In this article we look ahead to Gameweek 11 and find players from each position who are currently selected by less than 10% of managers, but could reward their owners in the upcoming gameweeks.

With a blank gameweek on the horizon, and a number of key players injured, it is unlikely that changing your goalkeeper will be high on your ‘To Do’ list. If, however, you are looking to make a change, then Graham Potter’s preference for Kepa Arrizabalaga (£4.4m) over Edouard Mendy (£4.9m) offers a cheap way into the Chelsea defence.
Chelsea is currently ranked 3rd best for shots conceded in the box (52) and, according to the Opta Stats Sandbox, have only conceded 9.3 xG all season, making them the 5th best team defensively in the league.
