Defence

Man. City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Leeds have the best odds of a clean sheet this week as per our Fix Algorithm and Laporte, Cancelo, Alexander-Arnold, Robertson, Chilwell and Meslier are the best entry points into those teams.

Over the last three gameweeks, Cancelo and Chilwell are joint-first for shots (seven) amongst defenders. No defender has attempted more assists this campaign than Alexander-Arnold (25). As the Opta Stats Sandbox image below shows, no team has landed fewer shots on target (SoT) (21) this campaign than Norwich which means Meslier has a good chance of a clean sheet.

Midfield

As the above image from our Consensus XI shows, Salah is the most popular captain choice for our Elite XI as well the highest projected scorer on our Fix Algorithm.

gw10algosarr.png

As the above image from our Match Stats feature shows, Sarr is top amongst Watford players for goals (three) and SoT (eight) while only King (2.8) fares better for Expected Goals (2.1). The Hornets will be looking to build on their win against Everton and Sarr is likely to be involved.

Man. City (3.1) are projected to be the top scoring team in gameweek 10 and De Bruyne should have plenty of opportunities to rack up more FPL points.

Forwards

No team has landed more SoT than Leicester (27) over the last four gameweeks and with doubts surrounding Vardy's availability, Iheanacho can be relied upon to put Arsenal to the sword.

gw10algoantonio.png

As the Opta Stats Sandbox image above shows, Villa have struggled defensively of late. The Midlands side are bottom for shots in the box conceded (46) and SoT conceded (24) over the last four gameweeks. Antonio will be looking to capitalise and add to his goal tally of six.
