Top Five Key Players for Fantasy Premier League 2025/26 Gameweek 37

FPL Headliner: Bruno Fernandes (NFO)

B.Fernandes has racked up five FPL assists over the last six Gameweeks, which is more than any other player. As shown in the image below from our Opta Stats Sandbox, the Portuguese international is also top for attempted assists (26), 'big chances' created (six) and 'Expected Assists' (xA) (3.25).

Creativity Stats for Midfielders

Man Utd have scored nine goals over the last six Gameweeks (ninth), the Red Devils are ranked eighth for shots (78) and 16th for 'Expected Goals' (xG) (8.12).

Their visitors Forest have conceded just four goals over the last six Gameweeks (first) and have kept two clean sheets. The Nottingham side are ranked fifth for shots in the box conceded (45) and seventh for 'Expected Goals Conceded' (xGC) (8.55).

According to our Predicted Points & Stats tool, B.Fernandes is projected to score 5.7 points this Gameweek.


Top FPL Forward: Viktor Gyökeres (BUR)

Gyökeres has found the back of the net three times over the last six Gameweeks despite playing just 306 minutes. The Swedish international has been afforded seven 'big chances' over that period with only Calvert-Lewin (eight) and Haaland (10) faring better. He is also ranked eighth for xG (3.41).

Arsenal have scored seven goals over the last six Gameweeks (10th), the Gunners are ranked third for 'big chances' (19) and seventh for xG (10.53).

Their visitors Burnley have conceded 15 goals over the same period which is more than any other side. The Clarets are ranked bottom for shots in the box conceded (74) and xGC (13.49).

According to our Predicted Points & Stats tool, Gyökeres is projected to score 4.8 points this Gameweek.

Best Midfield Differential: Iliman Ndiaye (SUN)

Ndiaye has scored just once over the last six Gameweeks but the underlying numbers indicate that he could have a big end to the season. As shown in the image below from our Opta Stats Sandbox, no midfielder has landed more shots on target (eight) than the Senegalese international over the aforementioned period and he is ranked fourth for xG (2.23).

Everton have scored 12 goals over the last six Gameweeks, only Brighton (13) and Forest (17) have been more prolific. The Toffees are ranked second for shots on target (35) and fifth for xG (11.43).

Their opponents Sunderland have conceded 11 goals over the same period, only Wolves (12), Chelsea (14) and Burnley (15) have fared worse. The Black Cats are ranked 15th for shots conceded (84) and 10th for xGC (9.83).

Top FPL Forward Pick: Igor Thiago (CRY)

Thiago has scored 13 of his 22 goals on home turf, only Haaland (15) has been more prolific amongst forwards in home matches. The Brazilian international trails only the Norwegian for shots (49), shots on target (23), 'big chances' (24) and xG (14.22) and will be looking to sign off in style as Brentford play their last home game of the season.

Brentford have scored six goals over as many Gameweeks (13th), the Bees are ranked sixth for 'big chances' (16) and 15th for xG (8.23).

Their visitors Palace have conceded 12 goals over the last six Gameweeks (17th) and have kept just one clean sheet. The Eagles are ranked sixth for shots conceded (70) and 11th for xGC (9.95).

According to our Predicted Points & Stats tool, Thiago is projected to score 4.6 points this Gameweek.

Top Defensive Asset: Gabriel Magalhães (BUR)

Gabriel has racked up 100 FPL points at the Emirates this season, only O'Reilly (105) has fared better amongst defenders in home matches. The Brazilian international has racked up one goal, two assists, 10 clean sheets and 14 Bonus Points across his 15 home appearances.

Arsenal have conceded just four goals over the last six Gameweeks (first) and have kept three clean sheets. The Gunners are ranked top for shots in the box conceded (35) and xGC (6.31).

Their visitors Burnley have scored five goals over the same period, only Fulham (four), Chelsea (two) and Wolves (one) have fared worse. The Clarets are ranked bottom for shots in the box (35) and 18th for xG (7.39).
