Top Five Key Players for Fantasy Premier League 2025/26 Gameweek 32

FPL Headliner: Bruno Fernandes (LEE)

B. Fernandes has racked up 48 FPL points over the last six Gameweeks, thanks to two goals and five assists — more than any other midfielder.

Over that period, the Portuguese international ranks top among midfielders for assists (five), attempted assists (27), 'big chances' created (seven), and Expected Assists (xA) (2.96). Meanwhile, only Palmer (2.79) and Gordon (3.46) have posted a higher Expected Goals (xG) tally than his 2.50.

Man Utd have scored 10 goals over the last six Gameweeks with only Arsenal (12) more prolific. The Red Devils are ranked top for shots on target (33) and fifth for 'big chances' (15).

Their visitors Leeds have conceded five goals (fourth) over the same period and have kept two clean sheets. The Yorkshire side are ranked ninth for shots in the box conceded (45) and 14th for 'Expected Goals Conceded' (xGC) (9.13).

Top FPL Forward: Erling Haaland (che)

Haaland has scored just once in the league over the last six Gameweeks, but he reminded FPL managers of his quality with a hat-trick against Liverpool in the FA Cup quarter-final. The Norwegian ranks third among forwards for shots (12) over that period and has been afforded three 'big chances'.

As shown in the image below from our Opta Stats Sandbox, no forward has scored more goals (nine) or accumulated a higher xG (9.20) in away matches than the 25-year-old.

Man City have scored nine goals over the last six Gameweeks (fourth), the Manchester side are ranked fourth for shots (87) and second for 'big chances' (17).

Their hosts Chelsea have conceded nine goals over the same period, only Villa (10), Burnley (12) and Spurs (15) have fared worse. The Blues are ranked top for shots conceded (42) and seventh for xGC (7.65).

Best Differential Forward: Danny Welbeck (bur)

Welbeck has found the back of the net four times over the last six Gameweeks, only João Pedro (five) has been more prolific amongst forwards.

As the below image from our Match Centre feature shows, over Brighton's last five league matches he is top amongst their players for goals (four), xG (2.0) and shots on target (five) while only Hinshelwood (seven) and Groß (eight) have created more chances than his five.

Brighton have scored seven goals over the last six Gameweeks (10th), the Seagulls are ranked fourth for shots on target (31) and eighth for 'big chances' (12).

Their hosts Burnley have conceded 12 goals over the same period (19th) and have kept only one clean sheet. The Clarets are ranked bottom for shots conceded (107) and xGC (13.34).

Newcastle have scored nine goals over the last six Gameweeks (fourth) the Magpies are ranked joint-top for shots on target (33) and ninth for xG (9.31).

Their hosts Palace have conceded six goals over the same period (seventh) and have kept two clean sheets. The Eagles are ranked fourth for shots conceded (63) and third for xGC (6.60).

Top Defensive Asset: Gabriel Magalhães (BOU)

Gabriel is expected to be available for Arsenal after being pictured in training ahead of their Champions League tie against Lisbon. The Brazilian international has racked up 38 FPL points over the last six Gameweeks, with only Truffert (40) and Virgil (41) faring better among defenders.

He has collected seven FPL bonus points over the aforementioned period, more than any other defender, and also ranks third for Defensive Contributions (DEFCON) with 68.

Arsenal have conceded five goals over the last six Gameweeks (fourth) and have kept two clean sheets. The Gunners are ranked third for shots conceded (53) and fourth for xGC (6.76).

Their visitors Bournemouth have scored just five goals over the last six Gameweeks, only Leeds (three) have scored fewer. The Cherries are ranked third for shots (93) and fifth for xG (10.30).
