As shown in the image below, Guéhi tops the Custom Stats xFPL table for Gameweek 30 with a score of 9.5. The England international attempted three shots in the box, one of which was a 'big chance' and also attempted two assists.

B.Fernandes was the Gameweek's most creative player with six attempted assists, two of which were classified as 'big chances' created. The Portuguese international also attempted three shots and notched an xFPL score of 7.4.
Evanilson led the way for shots in the box (six). The 26-year-old registered two efforts on target, but only one was classified as a ‘big chance’, resulting in a relatively low xFPL score of 4.8.
Richarlison put in an impressive shift against Liverpool, the Brazilian international took four shots in the box (third) and was second for 'big chances' only to Thiago (three). He registered an xFPL score of 8.6 and could be on the radar for FPL managers looking for a forward differential.
Haaland continues to disappoint, the Norwegian international attempted four shots in the box but had no 'big chance' involvements whatsoever, which meant a low xFPL score of 3.9.
xFPL is calculated primarily using expected goals (xG) and expected assists (xA), which combine to form expected FPL involvements (xG + xA = xI), along with expected clean sheets (xCS). These values are based on underlying statistics — for example, shot type and location determine the probability of scoring, which contributes to xG. xFPL then combines these metrics, factoring in appearance and bonus points to produce an overall expected FPL point score.
As shown in the Transfer Analytics tool below, Gordon is the most transferred-in player ahead of Gameweek 31, with over 100,000 FPL managers adding him to their teams at the time of writing.

B. Fernandes and Thiaw both delivered returns in Gameweek 30 and are among the most popular signings this week. João Pedro and Senesi complete the top five transfers in.
Meanwhile, the top five sold players all blank in Gameweek 31 due to their participation in the Carabao Cup final. Haaland, Semenyo, Guéhi, Rice and J.Timber have all seen significant sales. In fact, the only player in the top eight transfers out who has a fixture this week is Mbeumo.
Looking at the top 10 forward transfer combinations, Haaland → João Pedro (21.5%) is the most popular transfer across all positions.

Seven of the top 10 forward transfer combinations involve selling Haaland. Popular replacements include Ekitiké, Thiago, Bowen, Šeško, Watkins and Raúl.
Budget forwards Kroupi Jr., Mané and Strand Larsen are also being sold, with Thiago the most common replacement.
The top 10 midfield transfer combinations largely involve selling Rice or Semenyo with Gordon the most popular replacement. Rayan, Rogers and Mbeumo are also being sold, despite having a fixture this week with Wilson and B.Fernandes popular replacements.
The top 10 defender transfer combinations all involve buying one of Thiaw or Andersen. The players being sold largely comprise of Arsenal and Man City picks such as Guéhi, O'Reilly, Matheus N., Gabriel, J.Timber and Muñoz who do not have a fixture this week, with Mukiele the only exception.
Rice has now blanked in his last two appearances, and with no fixture in Gameweek 31, FPL managers are moving him on. Wilson and Gordon are the two most popular replacements.

As the above image from our Player Heatmaps feature shows, Gordon (580) and Wilson (594) have played a similar number of minutes over the last eight Gameweeks with the latter scoring four more FPL points.
However, it’s worth noting that Gordon has only recently moved into a centre-forward role, and he has also taken a penalty during that period.

As the statistics above show, Gordon has scored more goals (three vs two) and has better underlying goal threat numbers as well. The England international is ahead for shots (18 vs 13), shots on target (10 vs six), shots in the box (11 vs seven) and 'Expected Goals' (xG) (3.53 vs 1.13) by a significant margin.
Wilson does have the edge when it comes to creativity, the Welsh international has attempted eight assists to Gordon's seven and has created four 'big chances' compared to none for Gordon.
Based on superior goal threat numbers, penalty duties and potentially playing 'out-of-position', Gordon appears to be the better pick.
