Elite XI Reveal Predicted FPL Player Prices for 2025/26

The FPL 2024/25 season is barely in the rear-view mirror, but attention is already turning to the next campaign.

Fantasy Football Fix spoke with members of the Elite XI – a group of seasoned Fantasy Premier League managers boasting over 80 top 10k finishes – to get their price predictions for some of the game’s most intriguing FPL assets.

Let’s dive into what Mark Mansfield, Walter Randazzo, James Cooper, Matt Corbidge, and Corey Baker had to say.

Erling Haaland – Predicted: £13.5m to £14.0m

Despite a relatively muted campaign by his own high standards, Haaland remains a pricing headache.

  • Matt Corbidge: "14.0 - Arguably overpriced, 13.5 maybe fairer."
  • James Cooper: "13.5 - I think Haaland and Salah will be close."
  • Corey Baker: "14.0 - Drop given last season's inflated prices but he still had a solid points per min rate. Shouldn't drop below 13.5."
  • Walter Randazzo: "14.0 - Having started at £15m I expect a reduction but not too much."
  • Mark Mansfield: "13.5 - They cannot price him as high as last season based on performance."

Consensus: A drop from last season is expected, with £13.5–£14.0m looking likely.

Mohamed Salah – Predicted: £13.5m to £14.0m

A record-breaking season means Salah is set to remain premium.

  • Matt Corbidge: "14.0 - Record breaking season, gut says he won’t go higher than 14.0"
  • James Cooper: "14.0 - Salah’s record-breaking performance will push him up a touch."
  • Corey Baker: "14.0 - I am guessing they pair these two (Haaland and Salah) together at either 14 or 13.5."
  • Walter Randazzo: "14.0 - Player of the season, breaking records for fun."
  • Mark Mansfield: "13.5 - He has to be the highest priced player in the game."

Consensus: Near-universal agreement on £14.0m – the standout premium midfielder.

Alexander Isak – Predicted: £9.5m to £10.5m

The highest scoring forward in 2024/25 could get a serious bump.

  • Matt Corbidge: "10.5 - Pen taker, top scoring forward."
  • James Cooper: "10.5 - All of Isak, Palmer, and Saka present similar levels in my book."
  • Corey Baker: "9.5 - Started at 8.5 this season, surely goes up."
  • Walter Randazzo: "10.5 - Highest scoring striker, another 1m rise is not unreasonable."
  • Mark Mansfield: "9.5 to 10.0 - Even at 10 he could be a snip."

Consensus: Between £9.5m and £10.5m depending on club situation and Newcastle's transfer activity.

Matheus Cunha – Predicted: £7.5m to £8.5m (midfielder/forward)

One of the biggest FPL surprises – but will his move to Manchester United affect value?

  • Matt Corbidge: "8.0 - Hype alone will push him up."
  • James Cooper: "8.0 - Midfielder reclassification and was a huge xG overperformer."
  • Corey Baker: "7.5 - If Bruno stays. Question is position classification."
  • Walter Randazzo: "8.0 - With his move to Man Utd confirmed, it remains to be seen how he will adapt."
  • Mark Mansfield: "8.5 - Regardless of how good Cunha is, he’s going to play for United."

Consensus: Likely £8.0m, possibly higher depending on FPL's position decision.

Bryan Mbeumo – Predicted: £8.0m to £9.5m

Talisman for Brentford – but where will he be next season?

  • Matt Corbidge: "9.5 - Proven Fantasy elite but moving to a bottom 5 team."
  • James Cooper: "8.5 - Cunha and Mbeumo - the two biggest over-performers in respect of goals exceeding xG (make of that what you will…)"
  • Corey Baker: "8.0 - Potentially 8.5 if Bruno stays."
  • Walter Randazzo: "8.5 - Much of his appeal came from being Brentford's talisman."
  • Mark Mansfield: "8.5 - May not have penalties."

Consensus: £8.5m is the sweet spot if he stays; Matt sees higher due to pedigree.

Cole Palmer – Predicted: £10.0m to £12.0m

Two 200+ point seasons but mixed reviews.

  • Matt Corbidge: "11.5 - Two 200+ seasons as a pen taker in a top 4 team."
  • James Cooper: "11.0 - I see him in the same bracket as Saka and Isak."
  • Corey Baker: "10.0 - Season clearly a disappointment. 9.5 possible."
  • Walter Randazzo: "10.5 - Bit of a mixed season."
  • Mark Mansfield: "12.0 - Poor returns since Christmas could dampen that."

Consensus: Likely £10.5–£11.5m, though Mark argues Palmer’s upside justifies £12.0.

Bukayo Saka – Predicted: £10.0m to £12.0m

Quiet end to the season might keep his price steady.

  • Matt Corbidge: "10.0 - Drop in price due to relatively low 127 points."
  • James Cooper: "10.5 - similar to Palmer."
  • Corey Baker: "10.0 - Performed as expected until injuries hit."
  • Walter Randazzo: "10.0 - Expect the same price pretty much."
  • Mark Mansfield: "12.0 - Could be a bit of a forgotten man."

Consensus: Most managers expect £10.0m–£10.5m. Mark stands out with a bold £12.0m call.

Morgan Rogers – Predicted: £7.0m to £8.5m

One of 2024/25’s breakout enablers could see a significant jump.

  • Matt Corbidge: "7.0 - £2m increase vs. this year seems fair."
  • James Cooper: "7.5"
  • Corey Baker: "7.5 - Presuming he is still at Villa."
  • Walter Randazzo: "7.0 - Always nailed, often involved. Even 7.5 wouldn't be surprising."
  • Mark Mansfield: "8.5 - Maybe not great value at that."

Consensus: Between £7.0m and £7.5m, with Mark the highest.

Kevin Schade – Predicted: £6.0m to £7.5m

Could be next season’s mid-price gem if nailed.

  • Matt Corbidge: "6.0 - Slight increase due to assumed nailedness."
  • James Cooper: "7.0"
  • Corey Baker: "7.0 - Will be 1st or 2nd attacking option."
  • Walter Randazzo: "6.5 - Strong end to the season."
  • Mark Mansfield: "7.5 - Will depend on transfers."

Consensus: Between £6.5m and £7.0m looks most likely.

Jeremie Frimpong – Predicted: £5.5m to £6.0m

New Liverpool signing, famed for attacking output – how will FPL rate him?

  • Matt Corbidge: "5.5 - Any starting defender in a top team will be 5.5 unless nailed and historically high scoring."
  • James Cooper: "5.5"
  • Corey Baker: "5.5 or 6.0 - Would be very surprised if it’s outside that range."
  • Walter Randazzo: "5.5 - Possibly 6.0 but maybe they go cheaper due to coming from another league."
  • Mark Mansfield: "5.5 - 6.0 will be the ceiling for a defender."

Consensus: £5.5m is the unanimous call unless FPL get bold.

2025/25 FPL Player Prices: Final Thoughts

With big names like Haaland, Salah, and Palmer likely to occupy serious chunks of FPL budgets, 2025/26 is shaping up to be a season of tough calls and strategic sacrifices.
