It is also worth noting that Pickford has conceded less than those two (De Gea/Ryan) at just 1.3 goals per game vs. 1.8 and 1.5. Considering you are deducted 2 points per goal, this swings us. Everton have now kept three clean sheets in their last six, and with Cardiff struggling to break teams down in the final third Everton will look to exploit the Bluebirds short-comings in front of goal by keeping it tight at the back. So far, Digne has been weighing in with good performances, getting forward at will, and is currently averaging a mighty 11.7 FPPG in DraftKings which is ahead of some other popular choices, as well as his counterpart Coleman (8.3). The Everton left-back's numbers versus other standout selections for Saturday’s contest are very impressive, as shown in our custom stats’ table built for DraftKings’ scoring criteria below. Salah looks like he is made for DraftKings given the way the scoring is weighted heavily towards those who shoot a lot and with solid underlying numbers and an attractive fixture away to the up and down, Watford, he should prosper. With DraftKings awarding 1 point for a shot and a further 1 point for a shot on target, Salah is a player that we all should be squeezing into our lineups this week with his average of 3.9 shots per game. This cannot be beaten by anyone in the below standout selections' table. The Egyptian international has also averaged 0.5 goals per game and given that goals score 10 points in DraftKings, this cannot be overlooked. Watford look likely to concede goals in this one according to our predicted points & stats feature. The Hornets have a lowly 20% chance of keeping a clean sheet. With Spurs and Chelsea facing off this weekend, it feels risky picking one of their forwards given that they may cancel each other out somewhat. Agüero looks to be the standout for us here. The Argentinian has averaged more shots per 90 mins (with 4.5) than five other standout selections for this contest, as can be seen in the info-graphic below of our custom stats’ table - built specifically for DraftKings’ scoring criteria. DraftKings offers 1 point per shot, and an additional 1 point for a shot on target, so this bodes well for Agüero’s owners. Looking across the same players, the Man. City front man is also first for expected goals (0.8) per 90 mins which provides owners with 10 points (the biggest point score available across the points board). Agüero is a selection that looks good value for money, particularly as West Ham are predicted to have a 91% chance of conceding according to our predicted points & stats feature.
For those unaccustomed to this fantastic daily cash game, you are required to select eight players with a $50,000 salary cap. The structure is as follows;
GK -- D x2 -- M x2 -- F x2 -- UTIL (utility player)
The utility player can be either a D (Defender), M (Midfielder) or F (Forward) and will score points in the same way as the other selections. However, you will notice your budget has been spread thin, so, this is all about finding a hidden gem that could score well. For example, a defender that is not typically a big scorer but is playing against a team that struggle to score, therefore heightening the chance of (clean sheet, tackles won, passed intercepted etc.) points.
The format allows you the luxury of entering into a variety of contests including beginner tournaments/leagues, head to heads (against one other opponent), 50/50s (where you win if you finish in the top half) and many more.
