If there is one thing Arsenal have been crying out for, since the departure of Patrick Viera, it is some true grit. Kolašinac certainly possesses that in abundance. For those unfamiliar with the Bosnian, he bears many similarities to a young, raw Branislav Ivanović. Although the young 23-year-old is not quite the finished article, he certainly has the physical make-up to make a go of things in the Premier League. His stats from his last two seasons are somewhat tainted by an unconvincing 15/16 campaign, but in 16/17 the Left Back really came to life. Managing three goals and five assists from 25 games, which is more than enough to get heads turning from a Fantasy Premier League perspective. Hard in the tackle, with a preference to pass it short, he could be exactly what Wenger is looking for long-term, having switched from a 4-2-3-1 formation to 3-4-1-2. Arsène has hinted that Monreal is likely to take up a role in the back three, and with speculation over Gibbs' Arsenal future, Kolašinac could be real value if priced reasonably.
