Born in Chadwell Heath, England in April 2000, Brewster started out at the Chelsea academy and was signed by Liverpool in 2015 where he initially featured for their U18 side before being promoted to the U23 squad. Despite featuring on the bench as an unused substitute on several occasions, Brewster only made his first team debut in September 2019 in the EFL Cup against MK Dons. He was loaned to Swansea in January 2020 and made 22 appearances for the Welsh side, scoring 11 goals. The 2020 season initially started out with signs of promise as Brewster netted goals in preseason against German sides Vfb Stuttgart and FC Red Bull Salzburg, but his penalty miss in the Community Shield led to Arsenal winning the shootout and lifting the trophy.

Sheff. Utd made Brewster their record signing for a fee of £23.5 million despite the youngster not featuring in a single Premier League game. The Blades have had difficulties in front of goal in the 2020/21 campaign, scoring just once in four matches. Brewster can be expected to slot straight into the Blades’ starting lineup and given how much money was spent on him, it is like that he will be given consistent minutes. After the Fulham game right after the international break, the Blades play Liverpool and Man. City so that should give Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers adequate opportunity to assess the striker before investing.
