Landing Lacazette is a huge statement by Wenger and the Arsenal board. While it is evident that he has moved to North London carrying a fantastic goal-scoring record from the last few seasons, the fee to secure his signature will certainly encourage those stalling over a contract, that the club is ambitious - Sánchez and Özil, most notably. It could be the final piece of the jigsaw for Arsenal to mount a serious title challenge. After all, it goes without saying, that the majority of Premier League title-winners from the last decade have all possessed an out-and-out Forward that offers 20+ league goals. Ever since the departure of Robin Van Persie five years ago, Arsenal have lacked a potent Centre Forward. While Giroud doesn't get the credit he deserves, he does not possess the turn of pace that the Premier League's best Forwards do - Kane and Agüero to name but two. And although Sánchez weighed in with 20+ league goals in 2016/17, his penchant to drop deep while playing as a Centre Forward means the capture of a player in the mould of Lacazette was a must. An exciting prospect for Fantasy Premier League, with plenty of speed, good feet and strong finishing ability.
